Rob Escayola of Gowling WLG provides an excellent summary of the new Act’s requirements for mandatory training for condo directors. These requirements for director training are expected to become effective on November 1, 2017. Rob’s article provides links to the Condominium Authority of Ontario (CAO) and its four pilot training modules that directors (& others) are encouraged to try out.
