The requirements to becoming compliant, include verification of insurance coverage and WSIB, abiding by the Vendor Verification Agreement and ensuring that appropriate business licenses are in place. This is a process we have developed to feel confident your company will take great care of our communities and residents.
To guarantee a fair and impartial review, we have contracted with Vendor Information Verification Experts (“VIVE”) to ensure our current and potential vendors meet and maintain all minimum requirements. If your initial certificate of insurance, WSIB or license is non-compliant, VIVE will work directly with you and/or your insurance agent to obtain a compliant certificate or license.
VIVE charges each vendor an annual fee of three-hundred and seventy-five dollars ($375) for verifying that your insurance coverage, WSIB and licensing meets all Crossbridge Condominium Services Ltd. requirements. This fee is paid directly to VIVE.
Registering with VIVE to become a Crossbridge Condominium Services Ltd. compliant vendor offers the following benefits:
- Your company information will be available to all Crossbridge Condominium Services Ltd. Managers and other key personnel covering over 300 condominium communities.
- VIVE eliminates the need to continually submit the same information to various Crossbridge Condominium Services Ltd. managed properties.
- You have the option of being listed in up to 10 different categories at no additional charge.
- Level playing field for all vendors.
When policy renewal time approaches, VIVE will notify your agent, so renewals can be completed in a timely manner and there is no lapse in coverage.

You will get access to Crossbridge Condominium Services Ltd. jobs with that one registration.
