Humber College's Condominium Management Education program is now eligible for OSAP funding

Humber College's Condominium Management Education program is now eligible for OSAP funding

In April 2021, the CMRAO selected Humber College as education provider for condominium managers in Ontario. Effective November 1, 2021, the authority for designating education requirements for condominium manager licensing transferred from the Minister of Government and Consumer Services to the Registrar of the CMRAO. The agreement signed by the CMRAO and Humber College is designed to ensure that the courses to train for a meaningful, stable condominium management career are available to all licence applicants across the province over the OntarioLearn platform.

Humber College's Condominium Management Education program is now eligible for OSAP (Ontario Student Assistance Program) funding, making the program more accessible to aspiring managers. The program provides knowledge and real-world experience to learners, so they are well-prepared to support the growth in the province's condominium industry.

As the largest employer of licensed condominium managers in Ontario, Crossbridge is pleased that the CMRAO has partnered with Humber College, and that the Humber program is eligible for OSAP funding.  The extraordinary growth of the condominium sector, particularly in the GTA, has created a shortage of developmental and licensed condominium managers.  The Humber program and the availability of student loans and grants will help get more individuals trained for an exciting and stable career in the management of condominium communities.
