How the “Covid Electricity Rates” Apply to Your Bill

Electricity pricing for condominiums is complicated because it is a blend of commercial and residential pricing structures.
The chart below gives you a quick review of the different pricing structures available, and how the various “Covid prices” may apply to your electricity account so you can better plan going forward.
It is really important to note that the pricing below is for the commodity (the electricity) only. The other items on your bill like Distribution and Transmission that make up the other half of the bill tend to go up slowly and steadily over time.
