What are the opportunities for advancement at Crossbridge?

At Crossbridge we offer two career paths; one in property management and one in accounting. Development of a property manager at Crossbridge is; administrator first then advancement into the property manager position, then possibly a regional manager. Because of our size our portfolio includes a variety of challenging contracts. As a result we can provide an individual with a suitable amount of challenge in their position on each step of their career path. For instance, a Junior Property Manager will manage a building with a few, less complex projects underway coupled with a lower number of residents living in the building. A more Senior Property Manager in another building would be responsible for a larger group of residents and more complex projects.

This is the same concept in a career at Crossbridge in accounting. A person can join Crossbridge and start as an Accounts Payable administrator, move into the Accounts Receivable position, next to a Junior Accountant and later to a Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager position.
