You are not authorized to access this page.
To Search for a Document

Search block is available on the Dashboard.  Type in one of the following: the filename, name of file, metatag and/or description into the search field and click Enter or click on the Search icon (magnifying glass) for a return of relevant documents. Only documents containing the entered words in your query will return.

The documents will appear in a list. You can click on a document and follow the instructions on how ‘To View a Document and Save It’ from the list above.

If you receive a “No results found” message, reduce your criteria and click on the "Search" button again. Refining or narrowing your search is as simple as changing the search terms you have already entered.

To View a Document

To view a document, you must click on any of the folders in orange or click on "Crossbridge Employees" or “Servicing Clients" from the Dashboard. 

Clicking on any of these links will expand a nested menu below of the folder structure. Select the required folder or sub-folder from this expanded view and you will be redirected to a page which will list all the documents within that folder or sub-folder.

To view the document click on a document that is in the list.

A window will pop up prompting you to “Open” or “Save” or “Cancel”. Click on the “Open” button to view the document. The document will then open in a new window in Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), in Adobe Reader or a Video Player.

To Save a Document

To view a document, you must click on any of the folders in orange or click on "Crossbridge Employees" or “Servicing Clients" from the Dashboard. 

Clicking on any of these links will expand a nested menu below of the folder structure. Select the required folder or sub-folder from this expanded view and you will be redirected to a page which will list all the documents within that folder or sub-folder.

To save the document click on a document that is on the list.

A window will pop up prompting you to “Open” or “Save” or “Cancel”. Click on the “Save” button.

A window will pop up that allows you to navigate to the correct folder on your computer. Press “Save” on the pop up window to save a copy of the document on your computer.

Forgot Your Password

If you have forgotten your password, go to the main Crossbridge Condominium Services website and click on Employee Login. Click on “Forgot Password?” in the main login screen.

You will be prompted to enter in your ‘Email Address’ and then press "Email New Password" button.  An email with instructions on resetting your password will be emailed to the address entered.

To Change Your Password

If you would like to change your current password, click on "My Account" from the top navigation. Passwords are case sensitive. Enter your old password and then your new password. Then enter new password again in the “Confirm Password” field and click on “Save” button.

To Logout

Click on "Logout" from the top navigation and you will be taken back to the main Crossbridge Condominium Services website.
