On Wednesday, November 22nd from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., Crossbridge will host an informative Directors’ Seminar on the impact of the new condominium act.
The seminar will feature industry leaders from the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI), and senior officials from the Condominium Authority of Ontario (CAO) and the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO).
The seminar will focus on the four key areas of legislative reform which are expected to become effective on November 1st – Owners’ Meetings, Communication with Owners, Records & Records Requests, and Licensing & Ethics of Condominium Management Services providers .
Directors will hear industry leaders provide valuable insights on the upcoming changes and requirements of the act. Senior Crossbridge staff will follow with details on how we at Crossbridge are working to ensure that our clients meet the new requirements.
