Anthony Facchini – Senior VP of Operations Announcement

To All Crossbridge Condominium Services  Employees:

I am pleased to announce  effective May 25, 2021 ,the appointment of Mr. Anthony Facchini as Senior VP of Operations. The new role of Senior VP of Operations is a reflection of our  significant growth,  continuous  improvements for Crossbridge and to our continued  commitment to outstanding service.

In his new role, Anthony will be responsible for the overall operations of Crossbridge and will work with both Tracy Gregory , CFO and  myself to implement the strategic vision and values of the company. In this position, Anthony  will be a member of the senior executive team, reporting to the President / CEO and CFO.

Anthony brings expertise in Property Operations, Asset Management, Leasing Operations, Accounting and Risk Management with over 25 years of progressive experience within the residential and commercial real estate industry.  He has a successful track record in the implementation and consolidation of business process improvement.  Achievements include linking corporate vision with the delivery of desired results through empowerment, development and utilization of people, processes and technology.

Anthony has gained his experience in senior positions at Cadillac Fairview, Calloway REIT, Terracap Management, Dream Asset Management, Pure Industrial Real Estate Trust and Parkbridge Communities. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree, Economics and Business Administration from York University.
